Very good cooling; though takes a bit longer to cool down the room (compared to our other AC , a 1.5 Ton LG). It'll take around 3-5 minutes before you start feeling the cold air. The room temperature falls quickly after 10 minutes.

WindFree™ technology creates a much gentler and milder air flow, evenly distributed through tens of thousands of micro holes, so people in the room feel almost no wind - just comfortable cool air. A WindFree AC is mounted on the wall. Cool airflows are dispersing downward from its thousands of micro holes.

WindFree™ mode generates only 23dB of noise, compared to 26dB with the Samsung conventional model.

When the unit goes into Defrost mode during the heating operation, the dF indicator will be displayed on the panel. For indoor units, the fan will stop running temporarily to prevent cold air flow. For outdoor units, steam may be visible from the frozen heat exchanger.
